The venue
National High Way 65, 4862-4875, Banerji Rd, Kaloor, Ernakulam, Keralam 682017
A hotel and convention venue in Kaloor, minutes from MG Road and the railway stations — the heart of Ernakulam, and easy to reach from the airport or metro.
Expect pleasant post-monsoon weather — around 24–31°C with the occasional evening shower. Light cottons work best; carry an umbrella just in case.
Getting there
Cochin International Airport (COK) is about 40 km from Gokulam Park, with direct flights from all major Indian cities and the Gulf. Prepaid taxis and app cabs take 60–75 minutes.
Ernakulam Junction (ERS) is about 3 km from the venue, with Ernakulam Town (ERN) close behind — most train travellers reach Gokulam Park in a 10–15 minute cab or auto.
The Kochi Metro runs from Aluva through the city to Thripunithura, with MG Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium stations both a short auto ride from Kaloor — the quickest way across town at rush hour.
KSRTC and private buses run day and night from Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore and across Kerala. Vyttila Mobility Hub is the main terminal, about 6 km from the venue.
